**5-Year Limited Warranty for Your Watch**

 

We are pleased to offer a 5-year limited warranty on your watch, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects under normal use.

 

**Terms and Conditions:**

 

1. **Coverage:** This warranty covers the watch movement, hands, and dial. If these components prove to be defective under normal use, they will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge.

 

2. **Exclusions:** This warranty does not cover:

    - Case, crown, crystal, strap or bracelet.

    - Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

    - Water damage.

    - Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the failure or malfunction of the watch.

    - Watches handled by non-authorized persons or which undergo alterations to their original condition beyond our control.

 

3. **Claims:** All warranty claims must be sent directly to us along with the original proof of purchase clearly indicating the purchase date.

 

4. **Shipping:** Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center. We will cover return shipping after service.

 

5. **Repairs:** If your watch requires service during the warranty period, we will perform or handle the necessary repairs or replace the watch.

 

6. **Limitations:** This warranty replaces any other warranty expressed or implied including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.

 

Please note that rights under this warranty are additional to your statutory rights as a consumer.
